Do you offer payment plans?
We have several options for payment. We accept cash, check, credit cards, money orders as well as Dental Payment Plan. Dental Payment Plan is a great option since it offers interest free plans. This is a financing option that can be applied for in advance or at the time of service. We are able to determine the amount you are qualified for immediately and discuss the best interest options determined by the amount of purchase.

Back to questionsHow much will I have to pay and when do I have to pay it?
We do our very best to ensure that there are no surprises. It is sometimes difficult to determine exactly what your portion to pay will be due to the various plans created between insurance companies and employers. We recommend taking a moment to contact your insurance company or discounted plan when applicable to inquire your cost for the first visit. You will find the general dental codes you may expect in the "my first visit" area. At your initial visit, we will present to you an itemized list of your needs for future visits with the universal dental code. This will give you of an estimated cost for per visit and will list each code that will be billed. This will give you opportunity to verify with your insurance company also. It is expected that we will collect your portion of the fees at the time of service.
Back to questionsIf my procedure will take more than one appointment, can I split my portion to pay in increments of the visits?

Back to questionsDo you offer an additional discount if I pay with cash?
Due to the other discounts we honor with insurance and discount plans, we are unable to honor an additional discount when a payment is made with cash.
Back to questionsWhy am I receiving a statement if I paid what you asked me to pay on my visits?
We do our very best to ensure that there are no surprises however, it can be difficult to determine exactly what your portion to pay will be. This is due to the various plans created between insurance companies and employers. We will give you of an estimated cost for each visit in advance. If for some reason, the insurance does not pay the amount we have estimated they will pay, this will result in a balance due and you will begin receiving statements.
Back to questionsWhy can't I understand my statement?
We understand statements can be very confusing. Please review our "my statement" area for detailed information.
Back to questionsCan I write a post dated check?
Due to legalities, we are unable to accept post dated checks however, we do offer Dental Payment Plan that would allow you to make payment at a later date.
Back to questionsCan someone other than the patient be responsible for payment?
Yes. The person that will take financial responsibility for the account must be over eighteen years of age and present upon the first visit in order to complete the financial agreement. No persons that have not signed this agreement can be responsible for the account balance. After the initial visit, the responsible party does not have to be present and payment can be brought in by the patient at the time of service.
Back to questionsWhy is treatment so expensive?
The cost to provide healthcare continues to increase. We use a national average to ensure our fees are reasonable in comparison with others.
