Gum Disease

Gingivitis is a condition that is treated by a routine cleaning (known as a dental prophylaxis). This procedure involves removing plaque, stain, and tartar from above the gumline.

Crowns

If a tooth is cracked, fractured or weak, you may need a crown. The process of getting a crown usually involves two appointments. The first appointment is the longer of the two.

Root Canals

Root canals are typically performed on a tooth when there has been damage to the nerve and blood vessels found inside the tooth.

Implants

Implants are a great way to replace a missing tooth. Implant crowns are usually placed and restored in a team approach between an oral surgeon, a general dentist and a dental laboratory.

Braces

Typically, after having been referred to Carus Orthodontic Group by your general dentist, an initial consult appointment will be made with one of our board-certified orthodontists.

Bleaching

There are a multitude of options that exist for bleaching. An initial consult will determine whether we use over-the-counter products, custom bleach trays or in-office bleaching.
